Sitecore releases 6.4.1 Update-6 (rev. 120113)

I am happy to announce that Sitecore today has released 6.4.1 Update-6 (rev. 120113). Sitecore 6.4.1 Update-6 is a regular maintenance update with addresses a number of issues and also contains several improvements. The main highlights in this update are:

• Some non-critical security vulnerability fixes
• Access result cache fixes
• Upload did not work in non-IE browsers (and in some cases also in IE9)
• Various browser-specific issues
• Various bugfixes
• Linkprovider and media URL fixes and improvements
• A couple of fixes and improvements related to Sitecore Analytics

Sitecore releases 6.5.0 Update-3 (rev. 111230)

I am happy to announce that Sitecore today has released 6.5.0 Update-3 (rev. 111230).

The main highlight in this update is that it introduces support for running DMS on Oracle. 

Also, this update resolves a performance issue that was introduced in 6.5 Update-1. The The issue mainly affected the Page Editor and Live Mode, but could also affect Content Editor performance and overall page response time.

Finally, the update resolves a couple of issues with serialization and with Engagement Analytics.
